This course aims to improve your connection with your "duck". Before trusting your instincts, which we think is excellent advice, get yourself into the right state, connect with your duck, and then step forward. Duck forward.
This program uses nature to promote connection. Experience has shown us that connecting with nature brings us closer to our duck. Science has validated the calming, opening effect nature can have on us.
This program is born from decades of experience. We have successfully applied it to simple daily events, such as avoiding the rise in blood pressure that may accompany a daily commute to work, and, to life threatening situations, such as getting thousands of semi-automatic weapons out of a tropical jungle. These insights from experience also fit neatly with the wisdom of sage souls scattered across time.
The program starts by offering insights into the benefits of connecting with your duck. It then moves on to how to connect and reconnect with it. Then it offers guidance on how to go duck to duck and operate with others in a way that is profoundly transformative.
We use real life examples of the duck in action, and exercises to develop yours. The process requires effort and training. It involves taking less obvious paths, paths different to those our emotional triggers and cultural conditioning might automatically take us down. This is why we have called it the Duck Studio. A non-judgemental welcoming place where inspiration meets perspiration.
